Creative process
If I were to summarize my creative process into three phases, it would look something like this:
Hands-on
I learn by doing. I like prototyping and going out to talk to people from the beginning of the project.
Contact with people
People are what I like the most about the work I do. Working in a team, doing field and qualitative research and having continuous feedback.
Moments of reflection
I also get a lot of value from alone time, where I can process information, interpret insights, and plan the next steps of a project.
Professional Experience
High-impact entrepreneurship
I've been exploring Business Design for high-impact entrepreneurship with TrepCamp and Tech Lean in the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Boston, New York and Guadalajara. Here I learnt about social innovation, emerging technologies, and innovation methodologies and connected with investors and entrepreneurs.
Organization of networking events
I founded the chapter of Founders Live Guadalajara to be part of a community of people with a shared passion for the Startup world and creating social impact. I gained knowledge about pitching and public speaking. It was also the start of exploring service design to improve attendees' experience.
Futures Design
During a period, I was collaborating with the team of Change Consulting, where we developed projects related to futures design and design research. And also worked in the incubator of Tecnologico de Monterrey, where I learned to apply Human-Centered Design and Service Design to help entrepreneurs define their business models and prepare to launch their ideas to the market.
In 2020, intending to uncover what role designers play in the fourth industrial revolution, I started a podcast called Diseno 4.0, which now has more than 2,5K downloads and reached more than 40 countries.
Service design and digital transformation
I currently live in Norway, working as a design consultant at EGGS design in the area of Service Design, where I participate in projects related to mobility, inclusion and digital transformation.
Responsible innovation
I am aware of the impact of automation and artificial intelligence on people's lives today. I would like to contribute to reducing gender gaps and accessibility through responsible innovation.
Projects
Now I'm going to share a sneak-peek of my projects!

Founders Live Guadalajara
Demo Day TEC LEAN
At the end of their incubation process at TEC LEAN LAUNCH, entrepreneurs make themselves known to the local entrepreneurial ecosystem by presenting their pitch to investors. A good way to get new clients and arouse the interest of future investors. This event was organized in conjunction with the TEC LEAN incubator team, Yenira Tlacuilo , Graciela Garcia and José Luis Aguilar .
Organo
Service Design │ Product Service System │ Spatial Design
This project seeks to change the perception of Baggio, a neighborhood within the city of Milan. Organo is a system of three design interventions (communication strategy, community creation and building urban gardens).
My role in the project
Field research, synthesis of insights, ideation, service concept develpment.
